that you can answer most questions yourself.
Contract
I have a management contract that we will both sign . It states I will produce the requested business

Business Coaching
What is coaching compared to consulting?
In consulting I do a specific task for you - such as write a business plan and at the end of the task we
have no further relationship.
In coaching we work together in order that you acquire a series of skill sets over time.
Our weekly meetings are designed to pass on skills that you incorporate into your daily business
thinking and routine.
This is done in two ways :
a) a weekly meeting that reviews the business and your personal progress on the skills being worked
upon and
b) a weekly review via the Internet on such modules as marketing, team building and salesmanship.
Rock Solid has 70 such modules and the work can be compared to doing assignments at home.
You review the material and answer questions on line.
I review your answers and reply on line.
We also discuss the material at our weekly meetings
Of the 70 modules you will chose which ones have the greatest interest for you - and would offer the
greatest benefits over the next 90 days.
We require a three month commitment - every 90 days you can chose other modules - or continue
work on specific modules - or discontinue the coaching if you wish.
Each module has practical applications and has been used to get results. Business owners don’t
need to entertain every module.
What we find is that there are at least 3 or 4 modules that lead to exceptional results in every
business. Which modules they are depends on the business, its stage of development and the goals
of the owner.
Working on the right things at the right time is one of the major keys to success in business. We use
the process described on the Home Page to identify the best next steps and then formulate an
effective TRaction Plan. This is when the modules come into play.
A common example is delegation. All too often we’ve seen businesses grow without building this skill
set. The owner winds up feeling like the weight of the world is on their shoulders. The reality is that
businesses develop much more efficiently when the delegation process is introduced early in the game.
As your coach I am available by telephone and email at all reasonable times .
